Delegate information
When you book a course, your details will be added to our customer records. These will NOT be sold or made available to third parties. See our privacy policy for more details. Stephen Lloyd Training is registered under the 1998 Data Protection Act.
We endeavour to ensure that our seminar rooms are fully accessible, but please inform us if you have particular needs so that we can make certain that you will not face difficulties.
Coffee, tea and lunch are provided on each day of an open course. If you have special dietary requirements please tell us when you make the booking. We will do our best to meet your needs.
Over-night accommodation is not included in the course fees. If you require accommodation, you will find a selection of local hotels listed on each of our Open course venues pages.
Full joining instructions, including a location map and public transport information, will be sent to delegates once their bookings are fully paid up.
During the course delegates will be given details of how to access the free e-mail support service. This service is available for one year, from the day following the course. The intention is to provide delegates with help and advice on specific topics or questions, not to act as a free writing and editorial service. Most questions will be answered by e-mail, but sometimes telephone support may be more appropriate. We aim to answer all questions on the day they are received, but this is not always possible. |
