An individual approach
Our approach is friendly and supportive. The emphasis is on making the learning enjoyable, relevant and easily transferred to the workplace. Individual attention is seen as the key to success, so classes are kept small and delegates are encouraged to bring documents that they would like advice on in one-to-one sessions.
The Desktop Guides
All delegates receive a copy of Stephen's Desktop Guide for the subject they are studying, which becomes an invaluable reference book on their return to the workplace. There are ten volumes in the series, covering business writing, report writing, letter writing, minute writing, editing, proofreading, copywriting, writing for the web, grammar and punctuation, and plain English. Each Desktop Guide looks at its subject in depth, but also incorporates quick-reference sections and useful checklists.
Post-course support
One year of post-course support is made available to all delegates via e-mail. This free service provides advice and guidance that consolidates the training and helps to build confidence.
Value for money
Stephen Lloyd Training provides high-quality courses at very competitive prices. Fees cover coffee, tea and lunch in addition to all course materials, the appropriate Desktop Guide and post-course support.
