In-person Training
When we ask trainees to compare in-person and virtual courses, many say that in-person training is more immersive and engaging.
They add that it is easier to ask questions and to participate in discussions and group activities. As trainers, we like in-person
training too, because it gives us the opportunity to interact directly with people and give them individual attention. We continue
to help them after the course, through our free support service. This enables them to ask further questions and reinforce their learning.

Virtual Training
The great advantage of a virtual course is that we don't all need to be in the same room. Participants can be in multiple locations,
or the trainer can be in one country and the participants in another. At Stephen Lloyd Training we run virtual courses for
organisations in the Asia-Pacific region, in Europe and in North America. Time differences don't bother us. One evening we may be
providing training for a Canadian client, then the next morning we might be up early to work with one in Singapore.
